When I don t recognise an incoming call, I now dont speak....and then I find that if it s a dodgy call the caller hangs up, also without speaking. This happened with this number this morning.

Dodgy outfit asking me about the "accident I had recently" then passed me to unintelligible guy with Indian accent asking me to reveal details of car accidents in last 3 years. Not had any nor did I ask them to call. I have registered with the Telephone Preference Service.

Amazon delivery. Wasn t in but just left my package on my doorstep. Must of just been down the block so lucky it wasn t stolen!

fell for these guys too, using another number 02476231293. for western guardian, a company that does exist but it seems don t actually sell any newspapers, did some checks with friends in the newspaper industry and they don t exist. its a scam, fake newspaper website to trick you into thinking they are legit, when asking about distribution numbers and areas they couldn t tell me, went on hold and then reeled off some local place names. everything on their website is password protected so you cant actually r

These people are SO annoying! They keep ringing me, but when I answer I just get an automated message that says "goodbye" and then they hang up!

These jokers called me today addressing me as "Mr Steven" I said where are you calling from? He said "Nationwide" I said "Really? Well then you should know that in Britain nobody is Mr first name either just use their first name or Mr with their last name". This confused my thickly accented Indian friend greatly but I think he understood me in the end. A call from Carphone warehouse, using a LOCAL code - ie - 01324 trying to deceive you into thinking it s a local call. You answer, and it s OBVIOUSLY a CALL Centre (by all the noise in the background) and on questioning the guy, is clearly NOT in the Falkirk area. This type of local call is being used more and more.

This is genuine EE... I always ask the to message me and the number is always from ee keep messages from ee and they will come in the same lot of messages.... This is legit

Had numerous calls from this and a similar number (01132989890) claiming to be from British Gas - chasing payment for someone else s outstanding Invoices. We ve told them several times that they have the wrong number, but they keep calling. I have been in contact with British Gas (both Home and Business)customer services and they confirmed this is NOT a British Gas number.
