Whoever this company are, they have purchased a VERY old database of numbers - they keep asking for the person who was previously assigned my landline number, who has since passed away. When questioned, they hung up. Next time they ring, they'll get the "very loud whistle" treatment !!!!
Further to my updated below, I was given an email id for UME MP. [email protected] to contact for refund. And they are now processing the full refund.

Male caller said he represented enegery users and asked if I was the owner nwhen I said yes he hung up.
They called again and my phone warned me so I hung up before answering and have blocked the number. I googled the number and no company came up.
