SCAM called saying they are from delta gas and power and need to re-do contract as there is a problem with the contract as at the incorrect tariff and a problem with my DD, i called delta gas and power direct to ask if this correct, they told me to ignore them its a scam and they dont work for delta gas and power.

Like another person wrote on here, I said no to the insurance on the website, the person was friendly enough and accepted no thanks, but I didn t consent to my number being used in that way, only for delivery info (i.e. time slot) to be given. Always ask them security questions, they got the order number correct and I don t know if there is a scam where they say they ll take away the old appliance for free, and then somehow charge you or possibly sign you up for insurance even though you said no, idk. TPS people, you Renew it every 12 months and its not for free. So dont be stuck up with the fact you registered with TPS. Renew it every year!!!!!!! Also TPS has a short survey of calls you wish to recieve! Most of all stop being ignorant!!
