Claimed to be from BT suggesting my internets had been hacked by outsiders. Offered to help me to stop these people from accessing my internets. Advised me to go to a web site to allow connection to my computer and to download software. I then told them i work in IT security whereupon the caller became very rude and hung up on me.

Sorry. 7418365460 could well be a genuine caller, I didn't have any dealings with them, sorry for the confusion I've created, please ignore my previous entry. 'Simon tried to deliver a package this morning. but no-one was at home.' I was directed to an http website to rearrange a post office delivery. (I did not go there) - I have no deliveries due. -I was at home. -The post office have never contacted me in this way before. -I have had similar messages from 'Simon' from different numbers in the past. This number seems dangerous.
