keep getting a call from this number saying its from amazon saying my subscribe scripture has run out and that they have taking 95 pounds out my bank when l know very well it has not and no money has come out my bank had it call me 3 times in the past 24 hours
Called today. Strong Indian accent I couldn’t understand. When I asked him to repeat it he hung up. Can only assume it’s a call centre and maybe malicious?
Tried the 'we need to check some transactions on your account' trick. Told him to 'go away'..... only thing is, the number appears to be a genuine one. Looks as though it may have been hijacked.

Called me saying they are the Carphone Warehouse and were trying to get me to buy laptops, phones and tablets. The line was pretty rubbish so I'm not sure if this was a scam as I'm sure the Carphone Warehouse don't just randomly call up numbers.
Said they were from BT and phoning about my Internet. When I said I didn't have Internet with them they called me a 'funking liar'.
Called my child's phone number at 1am GMT. We do not know anyone or have any connection with Sri Lanka at all. Scam call I would imagine.

This Asian sounding guy called saying he was from a company called Today's Living, apparently a survey and marketing company he said. He called before 9am. He tried to be persistent and ask me questions but he ended the call when he knew he wasn't getting anywhere with me It is very annoying to be awoken by an unsolicited call in the morning.

Smooth talking guy, asked for me by name. Wanted to talk to me regards my BT bill. I asked him what the problem was. He said no problem, I am your BT agent and could do a better deal. I said to him "but you aren't BT are you" and he told me he was authorised, had a number etc etc. Didn't seem too pleased when I said to him "You are not BT you are JTalk and hung up. It attempted to get me to message the phone number via WhatsApp. The person had sent an SMS from another number (07566706069) claiming to have dropped their phone down the toilet and that they’d instantly acquired a new phone. They asked me to message specifically via WhatsApp (???). This is the fourth message I’ve had this week, from a variety of unknowns, being asked to message a new number by someone claiming to have lost/damaged their phone.
