Apparent unsolicited mortgage marketing call. They identified themselves as "Mortgage Review". Refused to answer my questions about who they were and what they wanted and why they had called, insisting I should identify myself first. They then tried to get me to put my wife on the line, becoming more and more irate. I would expect legitimate callers to identify themselves and their business before demanding information.
£37.18 for PDQ terminal update.... the terminal is faulty...time to change terminal supplier. Now has cost us £60 in a few months as the rented terminal is faulty!!
