My parents, both in their 80 s, have been receiving calls from this number. Often early in the morning and in close succession, there is silence, giggling, but no communication - very disconcerting for them. I said you phoned me so you must have my information and he said yes I have got your address but I need to go through security questions first. Some person called to say I had a completed a survey "via the national newspapers", apparently for a competition (the winner of which is to be announced some time later). They "just wanted to check the details you provided are correct". Told them they would be if I typed them in. They still kept going until I told them I was at work and asked them to send an email.
