The usual idiot asking if someone at my address had had a car accident. These bloody ambulance chasers just case everyone s car insurance premiums to rise due to their false claims for whiplash etc. I thought the government were clamping down on these scammers. Unusual to leave a phone number though, surely the authorities should be able to trace them. Are these individuals working from home on their own phone, if you ring back its always engaged, presumably they are wasting someone elses time.

Like Cadbury who posted a few weeks ago, just had a call (on an ex-directory Virgin landline, not BT) from someone cllaiming to be from accident and investigation and that I must co-operate.....After i gave him the hard word and advised that we were registered with TPS and if further harassed I would prosecute, he hung up.....

I was tricked by this number online fraud travel agency for paying them online tickets money , which obviously i never recieved , waited for 24hrs to get etickets ,they said u can claim a refund because airline is not providing tickets For refund to my same card they asked me a passcode which i told them and they said to wait and when i opened app more of money was gone instead of recieving it back.... Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 14136721xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with accident chasers, PPI. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...
