100% lloyds number. i even told them it sounded weird that they where asking questions that you dont usually share and they just sayd call the number at the back of the card. so i did and after 5mins of me talking with assistant my call got transfered to the same person from 03453511685 number i was talking to before hand :D end of the day getting new card made now and everything is sorted

A little suspect. Apparently a wrong number. But caller didn't seem surprised it was a wrong number as if they knew already.
I have had several calls a day from this number in the past week on my mobile phone not landline .We are virgin customers but I have never answered. unfortunately unable to block.Really annoying they call all times of day and evening but I will never answer so hopefully in the end they will give up! Sooooooooooo annoying after asking for my husband I then asked who was calling and after several seconds they hung up , I know we all need a Job but there is no reason to be rude. another one now blocked
Called claiming to be from the Fraud Department at the National Grid, regarding over charging of electricity insisted were pay for extra kilowatts that we hadn't used. Very annoying had several calls of this nature.

(Addition to previous) From other comments on here, I can see this is in fact a sales company that provides services to a number of other companies to cold call on their behalf for commission. The data warehouse/broker thing was kindly explained by one of these callers a couple of weeks back. It's a never-ending cycle - in order to pay the phone bills of an initial cold call, data is sold on to the next cold-calling company. Who knows what other information we might have given over the phone gets sold on? O
