Caller from this number stated that hmrc were giving back tax paid on ppi claims. I was due over £6000! Proceeded to ask me help to fill R40 form, my date of birth and then my national insurance number. At that point I asked her to send me the form as I didn't want to give my details. I think this could be a scam.

They call me all the time and I'm becoming so annoyed. They don't even speak they just hang up, so what is the point of even calling?! You try to ring them back and it just tells you the number is not in service.
