TalkTalk claim them but don t have records of their calls. They managed to cancel a transfer to another company without my permission. Talk Talk are prohibited from contacting you while a transfer is going through, other than by letter. I think this is an iffy way round the rules. They don t use TT main 0800 telephone number. No records kept. Trading standards next I think

Automated message from Woman with American Accent. Saying they are my Service Provider and there is a problem with my Broadband Service and it will be terminated. I needed to follow the instructions etc to stop that from happening.. Had a similar call yesterday but that call named my actual Service Provider. It is obviously a Scam.

It's a home appliance insurance scam. They called my elderly mother and tried to make her think it was her existing insurance company but it's actually a fak-ish looking company called J&L Home Assist. They tried to get my mum to hand over her bank details and persisted even when she said she wasn't comfortable doing that. A bit of investigation reveals that there are a number of similar fake companies doing the same thing, all claiming to be in the Bournemouth area.
The person who owns this Number is an absolute Legend and is looked upon as a god in western civilisation. He also owns a massive cylindrical weapon known to destroy any female that walks in his path .... even the fat ones. Anybody who receives a call from this number should be eternally grateful and should be named the "Chosen One". These people are known to pose as will writers and will ask for you by name. If you ask, they will tell you they bought your name and number on a list. They will ask you if you own the property.
