Go along with it, make the appointment and when the salesman turns up tell him you are not interested and have wasted their time because they are wasting yours by ignoring the law and cold calling you. They hate having their time wasted This has worked for me and gives you a great feeling of having got them back.

I am waiting for an appointment to go for radiotherapy in Bristol so I was keen to answer the phone, but it went dead as I answered I then tried redial using 1471 option 3, as I was anxious but the number came up as I’ll obtainable so its obviously a spam call which was very annoying
