Obviously a scam call - which has been successfully blocked by my BT Call Guardian - I have come to the conclusion this is the ONLY way to stop all this nonsense. Sorry to read post from person whose parents are dying - you should invest in call blocking software because it works like a magic trick! I keep a corded phone just to have the pleasure of hearing it ring once, seeing the phone symbol with a red line through it - and knowing the caller is receiving the "go away" message!

When i first picked up it was hold music for a second or 2, then a guy saying hello, Said he was calling from "gtech" wanting to talk to the person in charge of telecom's. Hung up as he couldn't even tell me what company he'd called, so obvs cold calling.
