Some person called to say I had a completed a survey "via the national newspapers", apparently for a competition (the winner of which is to be announced some time later). They "just wanted to check the details you provided are correct". Told them they would be if I typed them in. They still kept going until I told them I was at work and asked them to send an email. I moved house four months ago. I have a private and protected landline number (used to be called ex-directory). I have a call from this number at 7.15 pm on a Sunday evening??? How and why?? I'll just block it but I shouldn't have to and telephone numbers should NOT be shared by whoever and however my private number was made available.
