Asian Guy (David) calling from Windows Technical about my computer. Apparently something wrong with my computer so need to turn it on so they could sort it out. I asked them to tell me what my computer IP address is - which obviously they can t tell me because they don t know who they are speaking to. IT IS A SCAM - THEY WANT A ONE OFF, LIFETIME PAYMENT. Very rude woman called. Initially all polite "I m calling from "Eco" - (something I could not hear) - "how are you today"? When I said suspicious of calls like this, she turned nasty - "you re not much of a man if you are scared of a cold call". Beware. Probably scammers.

They told me that the warranty on my Hotpoint washing machine had expired today and asked if I would like to take out a new Service agreement. I advised them not to begin a call with a lie. (My Hotpoint w/m is 2nd-hand and has no warranty.)

They rang me today lady with a strong asian accent, knew my name and postcode. (I didn t tell them they was correct with my name etc) when I ask who they was she gave a name I didn t believe. When I ask what the company was, she replied with f##k you and hung up. Absolute morons!!!!!
