Claims company telling me i have had a car accident

Apparently I ve been in a car accident that wasn t my fault... h e c k. The woman on the other end was an automated service, but a clever one - they record the woman speaking, then cut the recording to each answer/question ("hello it s emma", "My company is proficient helpline") so someone on the other end just has to play a soundboard, but it sounds like you re actually talking to a real person. Stay away from these lovely people! ! ! ! ! !

These people keep calling me but when i speak they do not seem to hear me. I ve now got caller ID and will not answer them again. Said problem with router. Convincing and will try to get control of your computer. Not genuine and if they are then talktalk really ought to work better on their communication.
