This number keeps on phoning says its BT and I am not getting my FULL internet speed according to their data. Yes they can fix it? Then I put the phone down BUT THEY DO PHONE BACK again &again. IS THIS A GENUINE CALL OR A SCAM? Has anyone else been phoned from this number & what was the result.
Called asking if I had PPI, said I didnt and never have done, then said its not just on loans, is on mortages aswell, said I had neither. Asked to be taken off database but apparently they cant do that until i had answered all questions. Number blocked!

Just wow!!! I advised him I wouldn t be purchasing any extra advertising and he spoke to me like absolute crap. He said, "Did I say you had to have any extra, NO" "I will now remove all trace of your company from bing.com, Bye" and slammed the phone down. Had a call off this number. A woman said hello and then put the phone down. I'd say it's another one of these scam calls where they expect you to call back and then you get charged. These types of scams are becoming a regular occurrence.

This was an automated call claiming to be from a bank (unspecified), warning me about two purchases through Amazon, on my bank card. I had a similar call for a local number earlier in the day. I didn't click 1 or 2 to authorise or to get help. Apparently the number is a landline in Bangalore!
