Its time we all stood up to these type of calls they are rude and should be closed down by the the service providers. Its distracting and takes up valid time from work, my company is making provision to remove all private mobile devices from work.

called and left a voicemail for my mum (she owns the 3uk contract account for my phone)and asked her to call them back on the same number. seems a bit suspicious to me though because they have never called before even when we were behind on a payment, other people said all they hear is silence which wouldnt happen for official 3uk customer advisors calling people and the woman was barely understandable - she was obviously an indian call centre person
After telling me at the interview which wasn t really an interview was basically listen to the manager on what they do there he said you have the job basically went in for introduction done it come home got told I would get a call for my shifts let that night got a call and got told I was unsuccessful after being told I had the job if I liked it really? Scammers claiming to be from HMRC, An automated message will say you are being investigated and that if you do not press 1 to speak to us a warrant will be issued for your arrest. As a registered agent myself I had some fun with them but do not give any personal details out as they are not HMRC.
Claimed to be calling from O2, Indian call centre. Offering a 40% discount off my next bill, but could not tell me the name of the account holder. Hung up when I asked who he wanted to speak to. Said he'd send 2 text messages for me to activate the discount!!!!! Why if he was from O2, and I was with O2 he'd have my details and could active the discount automatically. Block this number.
