Call to my landline at 09:98 on Monday 15 July 2019. No-one there when answered and hung up. Suspected cloned number.

Missed call and they supposedly left a voicemail (but didn t). Assume this was yet another PPI call. Argghhh!

Caller claimed to know I had an accident (which I have not) and offered to process an insurance claim.

Called at 2 am. Rang it back no answer. Now blocked.

Caller hung up on answer.

Constant calls about renewal despite several letters. Don?t they get the message?

Tried on two occasions to get a better deal at the end of my 24 month contract, not offered anything worth staying for especially after being a customer for 10 + years. I requested PAC via online chat as others did commenting here. Very painful experience, given the hard sell from retention team and then made very awkward to extract PAC number from them. Subsequently they rang me on said number begging for me to return ? Too late! I wouldn?t go back if it was free.

Con artists! I am signed up to TIPS and if this was a legitimate company they would be following the code of practice set up. They do not follow the law. they use a recorded voice, therefore they are criminals. Another number for the call blocker.

Asian Guy (David) calling from Windows Technical about my computer. Apparently something wrong with my computer so need to turn it on so they could sort it out. I asked them to tell me what my computer IP address is - which obviously they can t tell me because they don t know who they are speaking to. IT IS A SCAM - THEY WANT A ONE OFF, LIFETIME PAYMENT. I Received a call from this number twice today and when i was able to answer they introduced themselves as Consumer helpline, the lady on the call advised that i had overpaid for finance in 2011 and she wished to help me get this refunded however i have never taken anything out on finance. I asked to submit a subject access request under the Data Protection Act where she then passed me to her manager.
