Received a call, foreign voice said ringing about accident I d had. They managed to get my name, address and accident details and sent me an email which they wanted me to open and click on the attachment to provide authority for them to send out documents for me to claim compensation. I told them I didn t need to claim compensation as only very minor whip lash, however they were very insistent saying that didn t matter and I was entitled to £3000 compensation. Rang my home no today, no message left. I rang back, automated line says “This is Guys & St. Thomas Hospital. Don’t worry, we’ll call you back - if it’s urgent”. What?! First they send me a letter last week (3 pages!) to say I don’t fit their criteria for dental treatment, then they phone with this. I assume I’ll never get a return call as they already think I’m not urgent enough to treat anyway!
