Rang on Saturday morning. I did not answer. Looking up this number it appears to be a faked caller ID so is suspicious.

Caller claimed to know I had an accident (which I have not) and offered to process an insurance claim.

loads and loads of unwanted and unwelcome calls from an accident claims company, who know nothing about my so called accident. Where did they get my number???? Received voice mail from someone calling themselves Mike Paige from CFS regrdong a "financial matter". I don t know of CFS or a Mike Paige.

Tried to tell me I should review my life insurance policy told him I wasn?t interested as I have cover from my employer. He then told me I had a private policy, I don?t. Told him I wasn?t interested and hung up.

Why are they calling is it a scam?

Yet another of those "I ve been informed that you ve been involved in a car accident that wasn t your fault. Is that right?" calls. Damned annoying.

Very rude woman called. Initially all polite "I m calling from "Eco" - (something I could not hear) - "how are you today"? When I said suspicious of calls like this, she turned nasty - "you re not much of a man if you are scared of a cold call". Beware. Probably scammers.

They have called twice left message once and sent me two emails concerning a debt for plusnet. I contacted plusnet who confirmed no outstanding debt and that this was a scam.
